All events are age 14+ events.
Anyone under 18 must attend with a responsible adult.

ID is required to purchase alcohol if you look under 25.

Allowed Bags

✔ Small bags up to A4 size (30cm x 21cm x 15cm)
✔ Small handbags, bum bags, clear bags of equivalent size

All bags are searched. Oversized bags will be refused entry.

✔ Camping Chairs (Only if you cannot stand for long periods of time and have evidence to prove this).
Allowed. Stewards may direct you to designated chair areas, please do not use these in standing areas for health and safety purposes.

1. Ticket Options:

  1. Accessible Viewing Areas are now fully reserved.

  2. Customers can still apply for PA/Carer tickets with approved eligibility.

  3. You may still use accessible toilets and facilities behind the viewing area with valid documentation (See 3. proof of eligibility).

Accessible toilets are RADAR-key locked. Please bring your key.

2. How to Apply for a PA/Carer Ticket

  1. Buy your standard ticket via Skiddle.

  2. Email hello@jbmmusic.com with:

  • Your Skiddle order number

  • Proof of eligibility (see Section 3)

  • Confirmation you require a PA/Carer ticket only

  1. If approved, we assign a complimentary PA/Carer ticket to your booking.

Do not purchase a PA/Carer ticket yourself (This will not be refunded).

3. Proof of Eligibility

One of the following is required:

  1. – Access Card with+1 symbol

  2. – PIP or DLA letter (showing carer support required)

  3. – Medical letter confirming your need for support

  4. – Other relevant documentation

    Email documents within7 days of booking.

4. Important Information

  1. PA/Carer tickets cannot be bought – applications only.

  2. Resale or misuse results in cancellation with no refund.

  3. PA/Carer tickets are only valid with the main ticket holder.

5. Seating / Camping Chairs

Camping chairs are allowed.
If you cannot stand for long periods, bring a chair and follow steward instructions in designated areas.

6. Additional Accessibility Information

  1. You may bring medication with matching ID and prescription.

  2. Small snacks are allowed with correct documentation to prove you require this.

  3. Accessible parking must be booked via Skiddle (limited availability).

  4. The Accessible Entrance is clearly signposted and fully staffed.

Our access team will assist with wristbands, directions, and any questions on the day.
